Are socks included?
Socks are included (first visit only) with our Gold Memberships. For Silver Memberships, socks are an additional fee of $4.00.

What if I purchase a membership but have socks from a different park?
We require our unique Adventure socks to be worn while enjoying our attraction. Our socks are a $3 purchase fee and can be brought back each visit.

I need to update my credit/ debit card. What do I do?
Give us a call or let us know at the front desk the next time you visit.

Which parks can I visit with my membership?
Memberships are only valid at the park you purchased your membership through.

Can I buy a yearly membership?
We are currently only offering month-to-month membership options.

How many friends can I bring? (Gold Passes)
Gold pass members can bring up to 5 friends at $10 per guest for 120 min per day.

Do memberships have blackout dates?
Silver Memberships have access during public open hours on weekdays. Gold Memberships have access during public open hours on weekdays  PLUS weekend access.

Does everyone in my family need a membership
Each individual that wants to participate in the park activities need a membership. Our Frequent Flyer Family Passes are the best value so family members can enjoy all the fun!

How many family members does the Frequent Flyer Family passes include?
BOTH Silver and Gold family memberships are valid for up to 6 immediate family members.

When do my memberships expire?
Memberships never expire. You will continue to receive the same great benefits each month you are enrolled.

Can I use my membership to save on a birthday party package?
Only GOLD memberships receive 20% off our birthday party packages.

Is there a processing fee?
There is no enrollment or monthly processing fee, what you see is what you pay!

How quickly is my membership active?
Memberships are active immediately upon purchase.

Can memberships be purchased at the park?
Yes! Simply bring in the credit or debit card you wish to have your monthly fee billed to and our Flight Crew will be happy to assist.

Can I make a cash payment for my membership?
Memberships require a credit card on file, there is no option to pay cash.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable and only valid for the person(s) named on the membership.

How do I cancel my membership?
All memberships require a three month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests can be made prior to the completion of the 3 month term. Reoccurring payments will continue until your 3 month term is up. Following the 3 month term, cancel anytime without penalty. To cancel

Log into your online account from our Sign-In Page.
Select the membership you would like to cancel and then select Manage.
Select Cancel membership.
